
Kelvin brings a wide range of experience to every setting he enters, having shared his work across yoga studios, retreat centers, conferences, high schools, colleges, prisons, addiction treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, and mental health agencies throughout the country. His background reflects a deep commitment to meeting people wherever they are, with an approach grounded in compassion, resilience, and recovery.
He is the co-founder of Toivo, a DMHAS-funded holistic healing center in Hartford, Connecticut, with a strong focus on recovery and whole-person support. In September 2020, Kelvin was inducted into the Connecticut Hall of Change, an honor recognizing formerly incarcerated men and women who have made meaningful contributions through their lives and work. His presence and perspective continue to inspire communities seeking healing, growth, and transformation.
