Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, USA, Kelsey brings a thoughtful and dynamic presence to her work as both a teacher and a lifelong student. Her approach explores the space between movement and stillness, momentum and gravity, structure and fluidity, effort and surrender. As a certified yoga and mobility teacher, aerobic dance instructor, and contemporary practitioner, she offers an experience that is both physically engaging and deeply reflective.
In her sessions, Kelsey invites students to recognize their inner strength, meet each moment with a sense of humor, and reconnect with their ability to renew themselves and their experiences. Her work is shaped by a belief that movement can be a pathway to healing, self-awareness, and transformation. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cooperación at the University of Granada, with a vision of bringing together her background in politics, activism, and movement. For Kelsey, the personal is political, every body carries a story, and healing begins with honoring both.
