About Kelly Guava
Kelly Guava is widely recognized in the San Francisco Bay Area as a community builder and a thoughtful space-holder for ceremonies that honor each person’s sovereignty of self. Through his work, he has helped create environments where people can gather with intention, connect more deeply, and feel free to show up as they are.
He founded and operated the Guava community event spaces in Emeryville, California, where he hosted or co-produced more than 400 events. Kelly is especially committed to cultivating a safe, regenerative atmosphere for both audiences and performers, supporting authentic expression onstage and behind the scenes.
In addition to his event work, Kelly is the Co-Founder of Church of the Sacrament and the author of his spiritual biography, The Bible Box: Where My God Used to Live (2020).
