About Keeva

Keeva has been moving to the rhythm of dance for as long as she can remember. As a professional dancer and dance teacher, she first came to yoga as a way to support her training, then soon found herself drawn into the practice on a deeper level. She went on to formalize her studies and bring yoga into her teaching path.

With a lively mind and a generous heart, Keeva holds a strong belief that yoga is for every body. Her classes are creative, layered, and inquisitive, offering space for each person to arrive exactly as they are. She creates sessions that feel approachable, personal, and inspiring, while still encouraging exploration and growth.

Outside the Studio

When she is not teaching, Keeva is happiest slowing down and recharging with the simple pleasures in life: animals, friends, good food, and music.
