With a background in gymnastics, movement has always been at the heart of Katy’s life. Her personal yoga journey began more than 20 years ago, and the profound physical and mental benefits she experienced both on and off the mat inspired her to turn that passion into a teaching path. In 2019, she qualified as a yoga teacher, allowing her to share the practice she loves with others.
Katy’s classes are designed to build strength while developing flexibility, supporting both body and mind, and helping to release tension for greater mobility and longevity. Drawing inspiration from Vinyasa flow, her sequences offer an active, full-body experience that can be physically challenging while still being adapted to individual ability. Through stretching, breath, lengthening, and opening, she guides students toward a more balanced and energized practice.
