Katrina supports people who are navigating the impact of recent traumatic events, as well as those who are ready to work through older trauma that continues to shape and interfere with daily life.
She offers specialized EMDR intensives: extended sessions lasting 1.5 to 3 hours, held over several days, weeks, or months. This format is designed for clients who are prepared to commit to meaningful therapeutic work within a focused period. It creates space to explore a specific area of life more deeply, remain with what arises, and notice real progress from one session to the next. This may be the right choice if you know something important needs to shift and you are ready to begin now, or if the standard 50-minute model has felt too limited for the work you need.
Katrina’s style is direct, collaborative, committed, and engaging. She is a strong fit for clients who are ready to do the work, invested in genuine change, and seeking a clinician who will meet that level of commitment with full presence.
She brings specialized training and experience supporting survivors of sexual assault, adults and children working through recent trauma, and clients with dissociative systems.
Katrina holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling- Drama therapy from Lesley University. She has completed EMDR training with the Center for Excellence in EMDR. She speaks English, German, and Hindi.
