
Katie came to yoga during a period of uncertainty, and it soon became a steady, guiding presence in her life. Since then, her practice has deepened through training around the world in ashtanga, aerial yoga, meditation, and yoga for youth. She holds a 500HR certification and has been teaching since 2017, working with D1 athletic teams, mental health treatment centers, and studios across the country.
In her classes, Katie weaves together ancient yogic wisdom and nervous system regulation, creating an experience that is both grounded and supportive. She brings a thoughtful balance of intensity and intention, while keeping the atmosphere light with a playful spirit. Open to all skill levels, her sessions invite students to explore movement, presence, and personal growth in a welcoming space. Katie would be honored to share her ever-evolving practice with you.
