Kathryn began her yoga journey more than 12 years ago through yin yoga, which became a restorative practice during a period of significant health challenges. What first supported her healing grew into a profound source of peace, reconnection, and medicine, helping her rebuild her relationship with her body from the inside out.
Drawing on 15 years of experience in the community sector supporting youth, women, older people, and people with disabilities, Kathryn offers a trauma-informed and deeply inclusive approach to teaching.
Her classes create a safe, welcoming space where students are encouraged to slow down, turn inward, and explore their practice with curiosity and compassion.
Kathryn teaches the Foundations class every Wednesday at 9:30am, guiding students to gently explore postures, connect with breath, and move in a way that supports their unique body.
Her intention is to support each person in building a loving and empowered relationship with themselves, both on and off the mat.
