Since 1998, Kathleen McIntyre has been guiding individuals and groups into the wilderness, creating space for meaningful connection, reflection, and healing. In 1999, she earned a Master’s in Forest Resources, deepening her lifelong commitment to land conservation and restoration while weaving in the wisdom of nature for personal growth and transformation.
Her work brings together somatic therapy, nature therapy, and Presence-based coaching, offering an integrated approach that supports both individual and group experiences. Through her guidance, participants are invited to reconnect with the body, slow down, and engage more fully with the natural world around them.
Kathleen’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing arises through connection: inward, through the felt experience of inhabiting the body, and outward, through relationship with the living landscape. Her sessions are designed to nurture awareness, support healing, and help others discover the restorative power of nature.
