Katharina Malu Peters brings together different worlds in a harmonious way as a yoga teacher, ayur-yoga teacher, and singer. Her expertise includes mental training, breathwork, and personal coaching in the yoga field. As a lecturer at VH Yogazentrum Ulm and an active course facilitator with NEUE WEGE Seminare & Reisen, she shares her experience at national congresses and yoga events as a speaker.
Inspired by Friedrich von Schiller’s insight that what is true and good is found not outside, but within, her teaching is shaped by this deeper understanding.
Hatha yoga balances sun and moon energy. The Sanskrit word “yoga” means “to connect” — a process and a goal for body, mind, and soul.
Ha-Tha symbolizes strength, effort, and perseverance. It is the yoga of one’s own doing, influenced by many years of theater experience and classically trained in Hatha yoga.
Her classes are lively and mindful, rooted in yin and yang. Yang yoga gently expands boundaries and builds strength and flexibility, while yin yoga uses longer asanas to encourage acceptance and deep relaxation.
By combining both styles, she creates a balance between rest and activity, stillness and movement. Her many trainings allow her to share the gifts of yoga with ease and joy.
