Kate is a public health servant whose path has been rooted in teaching since the age of 18. With 23 years of experience as a 5Rhythms teacher, she brings depth, presence, and a strong embodied perspective to every session. She is also the co-founder of The 360 Emergence Embodiment Practice, where movement becomes a gateway to greater awareness, release, and authentic expression.
Her approach is both grounded and unconventional, blending strength with sensitivity and inviting participants to meet themselves honestly. Think peaches in crocodile skin, cashmere and concrete: soft and fierce, tender and resilient. Kate describes herself as an embodiment plumber, a rebel to all that no longer serves, and a dynamic shape-shifter. Brave, vulnerable, and effervescent, she creates space for transformation through movement, helping others reconnect with what feels alive, true, and fully present.
