Kate Hawley is a Reiki Master, teacher, and therapist with nearly 20 years of experience guiding others toward healing, presence, and integration. Her path into Reiki began in 2007, inspired by a personal need for restoration, and has since grown into a lifelong commitment to energetic healing and subtle body wisdom.
Approach & Leadership
With Master-level training across three Reiki lineages and a leadership role in the Spanish Reiki Federation since 2015, Kate offers a grounded and compassionate approach to this gentle yet powerful practice. Her work creates space to return to inner stillness and reconnect with a natural sense of balance and wholeness.

At ASHA, Kate provides individual Reiki sessions designed to calm the mind, support the nervous system, and renew vitality. During times of deep transformation, her sessions offer a quiet, nurturing pause that allows body and spirit to integrate and deepen.
