Kat’s work blends evidence-based Chinese medicine with compassionate, heart-centered care, supporting individuals and families through many different health journeys—from chronic pain, stress, and anxiety to ADHD and ASD, women’s health, and oncology support.
Her background includes clinical work at RUSH MD Anderson Cancer Center and Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, where she cared for people navigating chemotherapy and radiation, chronic pain, PTSD, sleep disorders, and more. These roles strengthened her dedication to integrative, thoughtful care, especially for those looking beyond conventional medication-only approaches.
Kat is particularly committed to helping children and their families find safer, more individualized options for neurodivergent care. She believes every child and adult deserves a treatment plan that reflects their uniqueness, and that healing should feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kat enjoys photography, concerts, volleyball, and spontaneous adventures. She is known for her warmth, curiosity, and belief that healing happens best when people feel seen, supported, and genuinely heard.
