
Kat Harding has completed more than 500 hours of yoga training since she began teaching globally 10 years ago. Her background spans a wide range of modalities and styles, both on land and on the water. In 2013, she became Australia’s first SUPYoga Qualified instructor and launched her teaching journey on the water, a path that has since taken her from Australia to the Isle of Wight, Croatia, the Maldives, Mexico, and beyond.
She is devoted to offering a yoga practice that feels uplifting, encourages self-connection, and brings in playfulness and curiosity. SUP Yoga gives her the perfect space to share that approach.
