
Based in San Diego, Karli Wagner discovered yoga during her junior year of college while taking a class to fulfill a gym credit. What began as a requirement quickly became something much deeper: a practice that brought a sense of peace to her mind, body, and spirit. After class ended, she continued seeking that feeling and found inspiration through Yoga with Adriene, which further deepened her love for yoga and the idea of “finding what feels good.”
Alongside her practice, Karli explored Buddhism and spirituality, shaping a thoughtful and grounded approach to teaching. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Soultribe Yoga.
Karli draws inspiration from nature and good music, and these influences are reflected in her creative, balanced flows. Students can expect classes that feel playful, steady, and welcoming, leaving them feeling grounded, open, and more connected to themselves.
