Karis Mae is devoted to fostering deeper connection and a greater sense of belonging. As a certified trauma-informed group facilitator and authenticity advocate, she brings a grounded, practical approach to exploring intimacy, relating, self-love, and embodied consent. Her work centers on what it means to be fully human, creating space for honesty, vulnerability, and meaningful connection in group settings.
Karis is a graduate of The Field Facilitator Training and has trained with intimacy expert Jan Day, consent educator Matthias Schwenteck, and Heart IQ circle work founder Christian Pankhurst. Over the past 16 years, her journey has been shaped by a wide range of practices and teachings, including yoga, tantra, meditation, satsang, radical honesty, somatic consent, embodiment, and authentic relating.
