Karina Davy

Hi everyone, I’m Karina Davy — a 9D Breathwork facilitator, hypnotherapist, and psychotherapist. My work is shaped by my own search for the root causes of my challenges and the process of reconnecting with myself. I first experienced the healing power of conscious connected breath in 2019, during a very difficult time in my life marked by intense stress and anxiety. It showed me how something as simple as our own breath can have a powerful positive impact on health and wellbeing. I’m deeply interested in the connection between mind and body, and in the healing potential we all carry within. After witnessing the transformative effects of mind programming through hypnotherapy and breathwork, I wanted to combine both modalities to support deeper change. That journey led me to 9D Breathwork. I’m excited to share this modality and remain committed to creating a safe, ethical space for my clients, where confidentiality is always respected.
