Karin van Camp brings together a thoughtful mix of academic training, therapeutic practice, and personal exploration. She studied economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and later trained as a hypnotherapist, building a foundation that reflects both structure and a deep interest in human well-being.
Her learning journey continues today as she studies herbal medicine, adding another dimension to her holistic approach. Karin also has extensive experience in meditation, which informs the calm, grounded quality of her teaching.
In addition, she teaches yort, a blend of yoga and sport designed to support movement, vitality, and balance. Her work is shaped by a practical yet mindful perspective, making her sessions approachable and engaging.
Outside her teaching and studies, Karin’s favorite book is Enlightenment for Lazy People, a title that reflects her open, thoughtful, and refreshingly human outlook.
