As a qualified psychologist with many years of meditation practice guided by Buddhist teachers, my personal journey into yoga began in 2004. I completed my professional training with Adelheid Ohlig in 2008. My approach is gentle and mindful, inviting you to turn inward and connect deeply with your body. In my retreats, the focus is not on athletic performance, but on cultivating loving attention toward yourself. Here, you are encouraged to find inner calm, experience fullness and stillness, and naturally arrive in the present moment. For me, yoga is a beautiful and often effortless way to care for yourself — a safe space to stretch, release, and rediscover your own strength. In this protected setting, you are supported in returning to yourself and experiencing a profound sense of inner balance.
