Karen Fernandez

Karen Fernandez discovered yoga during a period of deep searching, and it soon became much more than a practice — it turned into a path of self-knowledge and transformation. As a devoted practitioner, she continues to learn, evolve, and expand her understanding of the practice with genuine curiosity and care.

As a teacher, Karen offers classes that support each student’s inward journey, encouraging a deeper connection with inner love and the quiet calm that already lives within. Her sessions are introspective and restorative, blending thoughtful elements that help create a more conscious and meaningful space on the mat.

She is also passionate about leading ceremonies with intention and opening creative spaces for reflection, authenticity, and connection with essence. Through her presence and guidance, Karen invites others into experiences that feel grounded, heartfelt, and deeply personal.
