Kai Salang

ERYT200, RYT 500, Certified Hot Asana Assist, Hot Asana Yoga University Faculty, Hot Asana Lead Teacher & Studio Ambassador. Teaching yoga is a true passion, and I find deep meaning in helping others connect with the calm, authentic, and peaceful space within themselves. I am endlessly grateful for my wonderful partner and two children, and I also know that motherhood is both the most rewarding and the most challenging part of life. Because of that, I return often to my own yoga, meditation, and self-care practice. Staying connected to my personal practice and teaching yoga are deeply intertwined. Life is full of change and challenge, and yoga and meditation help me move through it with greater clarity, present-moment awareness, and a grateful heart. I would love to share space with you on the mat!
