Justine Cardona

Justine Cardona has devoted more than a decade to yoga and has been teaching since 2017. Her path began in the Ashtanga tradition, where she studied with respected teachers including Sharath Jois, Matt Corigliano, Radha and Prem, and Laruga Glaser. Over time, her approach has grown into a thoughtful blend of movement and stillness, combining the structure and creativity of Vinyasa with the depth and reflection of Yin yoga. She is especially interested in the science of sequencing and enjoys creating classes that are safe, intentional, and informed by anatomy and energy work. Justine also brings yoga philosophy into her teaching in a way that feels meaningful in modern life while remaining connected to yoga’s roots. Her classes encourage students to explore the transformative potential of practice with authenticity and curiosity, so each session supports the individual rather than asking them to fit a mold.
