June first came to yoga nearly 20 years ago, at a time when corporate burnout had left her searching for something steadier and more nourishing. What began as a personal reset soon became a lifelong practice, and she has never looked back.
She is deeply drawn to yoga’s ability to ground the body, calm the mind, and support healing from the inside out. Her classes are dynamic, fiery, and deeply grounding — a little like a comforting bowl of minestrone with just the right hint of paprika on a cold winter day.
Expect a blend of strong movement, plenty of om, and carefully chosen playlists that keep the energy flowing. You’ll likely leave feeling both worked and warmly held, with a smile on your face and a little more lightness in your step.
When she is not on the mat, June may be found trying some involuntary yoga at Brazilian jiu-jitsu, greeting every dog she meets in the park, or making a very good case for her impressively large tea collection.
