Alongside her yoga teaching, Julie is a qualified Biodynamic Cranio Sacral practitioner trained at the Karuna Institute under Franklyn Sills, an international pioneer in the field. She also works with Continuum under Cherionna Menzam Sills and teaches Deep Rest Meditation, bringing a deep understanding of restorative practices into her sessions.
