Julie Bradshaw is a compassionate UK-based holistic therapist whose work centres on reflexology. Her path into holistic health began after a personal healing experience with reflexology, following a career in corporate finance. Inspired by her own recovery, she trained further, earning diplomas in reflexology and massage, and became involved with several UK holistic boards. Through hospice volunteering and workshop teaching, Julie also brings support to mental health, valuing the calming influence of reflexology.
She has since developed her practice through Clinical Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), helping to ease conditions such as lymphoedema, arthritis, and asthma. Her work has shown encouraging results in symptom management, while also reflecting her belief in the importance of ongoing care.
Julie’s reflexology sessions are carefully adapted to each individual, whether the concern is work-related stress or longer-term conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis. Her method is based on the idea that many health concerns can be linked to energy blockages within the body’s systems. Each session begins with a health and wellbeing consultation, after which guests lie back on a therapy couch while Julie uses refreshing, massaging techniques on the bare feet, focusing on reflex points connected to areas of concern. The treatment supports not only the symptoms being addressed, but also the wider wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit. Lasting 60 minutes, each session is designed to unblock and rebalance, leaving guests relaxed and renewed, with professional after-care advice to help extend the benefits.
