
Julian is dedicated to helping people live more fully and make the most of their potential. For 40 years, he has followed his own path of personal exploration, and since the 1980s he has guided others through the Life Talent integrative approach to human development.
He now leads open workshops and ongoing groups, and works as an executive coach for leaders in global organizations across Europe, the USA, and China. Julian played a role in introducing NLP to the UK, and he is the co-author, with Robert Dilts and Anne Deering, of Alpha Leadership – Tools for Business Leaders Who Want More Out of Life (Wiley and Co, 2002).
He speaks regularly at the annual NLP Conference and at Alternatives, Piccadilly. His coaching master classes have been delivered for the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is also a former trustee of Re-Vision, a Psychosynthesis training charity; a former UKCP-registered psychotherapist; and a former board member of the UK Association for NLP (ANLP).
Julian holds a 2nd dan black-belt in Aikido, practices 5 Rhythms dance regularly, and has been a close disciple of a great Buddhist master for more than 20 years.
