Julia Gantner (Psychotherapist)
Description
Based in Costa Rica and originally from a small mountain village in Austria, Julia Gantner brings a grounded, international perspective to her work. With more than a decade of experience in mental health care, she has built a strong foundation as a psychiatric nurse while also training for seven years as a psychotherapist specializing in Existential Analysis. She is currently completing her master’s degree, further strengthening her clinical background.
Julia’s professional path has also led her to explore the role of psychedelics in healing and personal growth. Seeing the limits of traditional talk therapy, she expanded her practice through specialized training in psychedelic preparation and integration at Awake in the Dream School. Her approach is informed by both clinical expertise and a deep respect for transformative inner work, offering participants thoughtful support before and after profound experiences.
