With many years of experience cooking for retreats, she offers a calm, intuitive presence in the kitchen and a deep understanding of how food can enhance the overall wellbeing of each guest.
Beyond her culinary work, she also teaches pilates, practices Thai yoga massage therapy, and carries a lifelong love of surfing. Her travels around the world have shaped both her cooking style and her holistic outlook, adding depth, creativity, and a sense of adventure to everything she does.
