Joe is a native Texan from Port Lavaca, where he grew up on a farm and developed a strong work ethic from an early age. After earning a degree in Electrical Engineering, he spent years traveling the world with KBR, where he discovered scuba diving and quickly developed a lifelong passion for it. Diving soon became something he shared with both of his daughters, and together they explored the water wherever they had the chance.
Now retired, Joe enjoys passing on his experience and enthusiasm by teaching SCUBA to others. In addition to his time as an instructor, he also supports the team through repair work, bringing practical skill and dedication to every part of the operation.
