
Jonathon began performing at just three years old, and his career has since taken him across stages, cities, and continents. Most recently, he wrote and performed a one-man show about leaving evangelical Christianity, titled The Man That Got Away, which was presented in New York City and Westchester with support from a New York Arts Grant. His original music is available on all major streaming platforms.
As a performer, Jonathon toured Europe as a soloist in By Bernstein. His credits also include the Florida tour and Savannah, Georgia productions of Forever Plaid, the West Coast tour of Maury Yeston and Arthur Kopit’s Phantom, and numerous regional musicals throughout the United States. He has also entertained audiences on three world cruises with Cunard Cruise Lines, appearing in both the production show and his own orchestral program. In addition, Jonathon co-created Passage, a New York City-based trio that blends Broadway and classical music and has toured across the United States and Canada. He has performed with the Grammy-nominated Voices of Ascension in New York City. Jonathon studied music at the Hartt School of Music in Connecticut and earned a B.F.A. from the University of Texas. He lives in the New York City area with his partner of 25 years, their adopted son, and two chihuahuas.
