
With a meditation practice that began in 1992, Jonathan has spent more than fifteen years guiding others through meditation and mindfulness courses with clarity, warmth, and depth. As an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, he brings a grounded and thoughtful presence to his teaching, supporting students in developing a more steady and aware inner life.
Based in Southeast London, Jonathan leads regular group meditation classes and also offers personalised 1:1 meditation support. His approach is well suited to both those who are new to meditation and those looking to deepen an existing practice. Through his sessions, participants can expect a calm, supportive environment that encourages reflection, consistency, and a greater sense of mindfulness in daily life.
