
Teacher and retreat organizer, he is a certified yoga teacher officially accredited by the Government of Spain. His background includes more than 1,000 hours of teacher training in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidra, along with 16 years of postgraduate studies in psychology.
Combined with over thirty years of yoga and meditation practice, this experience has given him the sensitivity and expertise to meet the individual needs of each group.
The Bridge Between Worlds. He is not a monk who has spent his life in a cave. For more than 20 years, he worked in the corporate world, leading teams for multinational companies such as NH Hoteles and MSC Cruises. He understands responsibility. He understands burnout.
Eventually, he left that path to devote himself to what matters most: helping people reconnect with themselves.
More Than a Yoga Teacher. He began practicing yoga at 18. What started as a personal refuge gradually became a lifelong path. Yet he realized that truly supporting others required more than postures alone.
His approach is rooted in science and mental health.

A Sanctuary in the Pyrenees. Together with his wife, he created these retreats in a medieval palace in the Valle de Arce, because healing requires safety. Here, nature, silence, and psychology come together in a way a city studio cannot offer.
He does not promise miracles. Instead, he walks beside you with clarity and warmth.
