Johannah Conant is a Tantric Embodiment Guide, Sacred Earth Medicine facilitator, and Integration Guide with a strong background as a master’s-level mental health therapist. Her experience spans acute psychiatric care as well as community-based therapy focused on addiction and trauma. She has also studied Ayurveda, works with elemental energy, and teaches Bowspring, a functional movement modality.
Her own journey through severe addictions, abusive relationships, stage 3 cancer, and suicidality led her to begin a path of deep healing in 2017. As she worked to uncover the root causes behind the cancer, alcohol abuse, and harmful relationship patterns, she was called to face parts of herself she had long avoided. Through this process, she came to understand that her soul was communicating through the body, and followed that inner guidance into healing abandonment wounds from adoption, religious trauma, sexual abuse, and narcissism in her family lineage.
These lived experiences shape the deeply intuitive and emotionally attuned way she holds space for each client. Having moved through profound darkness herself, she now serves as a guide back toward light and wholeness. In her work, clients are invited to reconnect with their holy temple—the body as a source of wisdom and power often suppressed by conditioning, trauma, and inherited patterns. Her life and work are devoted to service to the Great Mother and the divine feminine force of life.
She now lives in the lush jungles of Costa Rica and works with clients around the world, supporting them in returning to the truth held within their bodies through coaching, in-person medicine ceremonies, and group and individual retreats. She is currently serving at Nueva Vida Retreats in ChirripĂł as a creatrix, guide, and facilitator.
