Program Facilitator. Joan joined the RMR team in spring 2024, following years of attending several of the women’s retreats herself. Her experience as a participant gave her a deep appreciation for the opportunity, empowerment, and personal growth these retreats create, and inspired her to become part of the team that offers the same meaningful experience to other women.
With two adult sons and more than 25 years of management experience in the transportation industry, Joan now has the freedom to focus on the passions that bring her joy: crafting, nature, travel, and staying physically active. Warm, grounded, and enthusiastic, she looks forward to welcoming you at your next retreat.
