
After a few early classes at Full Circle Yoga, Jim discovered that yoga offered far more than physical exercise. He found in it the balance he had been looking for: effort, compassion, and surrender woven together in a meaningful practice. A graduate of the FCY Teacher Training program, Jim brings a patient, lighthearted approach to every class.
