

I am Jessica, and since 1992 I have carried a deep passion for Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. My approach blends dynamic strength with mindfulness, conscious breath, and a sensitive therapeutic perspective that responds to each person’s individual needs.
The foundation of my work is a 220-hour yoga teacher training officially recognized by AYA.
In my sessions, people find greater stability, balance, and inner calm, both on the mat and in everyday life. Alongside yoga, I support clients as a therapeutic massage practitioner and Reiki practitioner in the systems of Rainbow Reiki®, Usui Reiki, and Marayana Sayi® Aura. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate singing bowls, frequency work, energetic impulses, and aroma oils to soothe the nervous system and support holistic wellness.
