Jessica Eichman is an artist, ritualist, pilgrim, and lifelong yoga practitioner. Her earliest memories include practicing yoga alongside her mother and Lilias Folan in the 1970s. In 2024, she completed her 200 RYT certification through Sanctuary and the teachings of Daphne Larkin. She has also trained in Restorative yoga, therapeutic art, and energetic healing. At present, she is studying to facilitate earth-honoring reconnection experiences for individuals and groups through ritual and land-based practices. Drawing inspiration from Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Restorative traditions, her creative classes are rooted in breathwork, intentional asana sequencing, and visualization.
Her offerings are shaped by seasonal cycles and elemental themes. As a Level II Reiki healer, Jessica offers focused attention to the body’s energetic centers (chakras) and channels (nadi), supporting healthy flow within and beyond the physical body. Her gentle sessions may weave in yoga nidra, guided meditation, sound journey, and storytelling. By honoring each student’s body-mind, Jessica cultivates an inclusive space of safety, care, and healing.
