Jess Reynolds

Dr. Jess Reynolds is an experienced yoga anatomy teacher and Doctor of Acupuncture with more than 10 years of teaching experience. Drawing on a deep understanding of the body and how it functions, he brings a clear and practical perspective to anatomy in yoga. His approach is designed to be both informative and engaging, while remaining accessible to students at every stage of their practice.

In his sessions, Jess helps students explore the relationship between anatomy, alignment, and movement, offering tools they can apply directly on the mat. His teaching supports a stronger awareness of how the body works, making it easier to refine technique, move with greater confidence, and build a more intelligent yoga practice.
