Jess Dezaux is a 500-hour E-RYT and the founder of the Yogánica Embodied Flow Method, a multidisciplinary approach that weaves together movement, breathwork, somatics, and energetic anatomy. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga can transform not only how we move, but also how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
With a warm and intuitive style, Jess invites students to soften into the present moment, reconnect with the body, and awaken a deeper sense of meaning in daily life. Her sessions are designed to support greater awareness, self-connection, and inner clarity, while also encouraging creativity and personal power to rise naturally.
Through her guidance, students are supported in returning to what is already within them: strength, presence, and a more authentic way of being.
