Born in London to a Mauritian family with Indian ancestry, Jenna's life looked great on paper - working as a software engineer at a London startup, good holidays, good friends and family unit. But under the surface, she was coming up against her emotions, and a deep disconnection that sometimes felt paralyzing.
Depression had been a strong presence since her teenage years, affecting her relationships, career, and social life. At 25, she experienced a severe mental breakdown that took nearly a year to recover from. After starting on her spiritual path for healing, she came to Colombia and Ayahuasca ready to face some shadows, find a stronger sense of herself and a better way forward.
Specialities
Jenna has a rare gift for creating spaces where people feel truly safe to open up. Her deep listening skills, non-judgmental presence and confidence in deep topics, help participants access and express parts of themselves they've kept hidden.
Whether in the ceremonies or integration calls, she has an innate ability to make people feel seen and held exactly as they are. Her warmth and authenticity naturally create the sense of community and connection in retreats that makes healing work possible.
Integration in Action
The transformation in Jenna's life speaks to the power of committed integration work. Her relationship with her parents has shifted in unexpected ways - where she once felt constantly triggered, she now approaches them with curiosity, love, and compassion.
She's cultivated a sense of inner peace that allows her to navigate life's challenges. Most importantly, she now embodies the self-love, trust, and intuition that had always eluded her. This grounded foundation is what allows her to hold space for others with such presence and care.
