
Jen Langford brings together a strong academic background and a deeply personal wellness path. With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Cross Cultural Curriculum, she began her career teaching Algebra and Geometry before becoming a nomadic yoga instructor. An RYT200, she specializes in Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, and Affirmational Mantra Meditation, weaving movement, stillness, and intention into her teaching.
Her healing journey also led her into micro medicine and integration support, expanding her approach to transformation and self-discovery. As a Level 4 Reiki Master with advanced Karuna Reiki training, Jen’s work is rooted in the belief that self-love, self-forgiveness, and self-compassion can create meaningful change. Her presence invites others to reconnect with the wisdom already within them.
