Jen Campbell has devoted more than 30 years to teaching movement. She began as a young dancer, later moved into Pilates, and eventually into yoga, and she has spent her life studying movement, the body, the heart, and the soul. Her training includes two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, completed in 1998 and 2010, as well as comprehensive Pilates teacher training in 1993. She currently continues her studies with Tias Little and has taught both students and future teachers throughout her career.
She feels deeply grateful to live in the Colorado mountains with her husband and teenage son, while her two older children are out in the world. For her, this work is a true calling and a lifelong practice. Supporting others in their health and well-being is intimate, meaningful work, and she values the openness that allows new pathways in the body, fresh ideas in the mind, and continued growth of the heart.
Her classes offer time to settle and release the day, breathwork, alignment-based movement and progressions, along with humor, poetry, and a spacious sense of calm.
