
Jeet is a dedicated and accomplished yoga teacher with more than ten years of personal practice and nine years of teaching experience. He began his yogic path at the age of twelve, seeking healing for partial deafness and a highly acidic body. Through steady commitment to yoga, he experienced a profound transformation, regaining his hearing and restoring balance in his body. That journey sparked a lifelong devotion to the yogic path.
He holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and is a Gold Medalist in a Master’s in Yoga. Jeet is also a certified 500-hour Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. He has supported students in 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses, with a focus on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mantra Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga Kirtan.
His teaching blends tradition with an accessible, uplifting approach for modern practitioners. Jeet has taught extensively in Rishikesh for six years, spent two years teaching in Delhi NCR, and served for one year at the renowned Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. With a strong emphasis on the discipline of Ashtanga Yoga, he encourages students to expand their limits while nurturing inner peace. His deep knowledge of yoga philosophy and mantra chanting offers a holistic and transformative experience.
