Javon Lomax is a restorative justice practitioner, facilitator, and community builder whose work centers on healing, accountability, and meaningful transformation. He has supported youth, frontline violence interrupters, and community members in creating stronger relationships and repairing harm through honest dialogue, trust, and collective care.
In his role as Training Manager for All Kings, Javon has developed and led healing-centered programs and trainings that encourage men and young people to step into their power as leaders, mentors, and healers within their communities. His approach weaves restorative practices together with emotional wellness tools and cultural traditions to help address cycles of harm while nurturing sustainable systems of support.
At the core of his practice is a simple but powerful belief: when people are seen, heard, and valued, they can begin to break patterns of violence and reclaim their wholeness. As a bridge-builder and truth-teller, Javon continues to guide communities toward justice that heals.
