As co-founder and visionary of SET & SETTING Retreat, Jascha is driven by a heartfelt wish to contribute to a more fulfilled world. His journey began in 2015 with a profound LSD experience that reawakened an inner world he had long forgotten. This became the starting point for years of deep self-inquiry, as he worked to release limiting patterns and live with greater authenticity. After nearly four years of transformative experiences, he made the bold decision to leave his secure role as a product manager and follow his vision: to make the potential of psychedelic substances accessible to others in a safe and structured way.
As a facilitator and host, Jascha brings calm and structure to the retreats. This role comes naturally to him and reflects who he is at his core. He places great importance on creating a space where freedom and safety exist in perfect balance. His intention is for every participant to fully turn inward without ever feeling alone. For Jascha, each retreat is a unique, transformative, and authentic experience, and he devotes himself fully to making that possible for everyone involved.
