Bio
Jane Kilthei (she/they), RM (Hon), DipC, brings warmth, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to compassion into every program she supports. With more than 30 years of experience as a midwife and change-maker, she now devotes her work to facilitating community dialogue and offering resilience-focused coaching. Jane co-leads Communication Basics: connecting when it matters and Communication Intensive: from Fundamentals to Mastery, and also assists with Come Alive, Couples Alive, and other core Haven programs.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that deep listening and the courage to speak from our values are essential to building the relationships, communities, and world we long for. Participants can expect a thoughtful, supportive presence and an invitation to connect more honestly, clearly, and compassionately.
