About Jane Geesman
Jane Geesman MFA brings more than 40 years of experience as an actor on stage and in film, as well as a director and teacher. Since 1993, she has trained and led programs at The Haven, offering participants a depth of insight shaped by decades of practical work and creative exploration.
In 2001, Jane and Sarah Lucht created Act Natural, a workshop that combines actor-training with personal development ideas to support communication, creativity, and self-expression. The work invites participants to notice the inner obstacles that can limit how fully they show up, speak, and create.
Known for her warm presence and engaging style, Jane creates a safe, fun, and lively atmosphere where people can build confidence, strengthen their presence, and reconnect with their creative impulses in both professional and personal settings.
