Jane Geesman

Jane Geesman, MFA, brings more than 40 years of experience as an actor on stage and screen, a director, and a teacher. Since 1993, she has trained and led programs at The Haven, offering a depth of practice shaped by decades of work in performance and personal development. In 2001, she and Sarah Lucht created Act Natural, a workshop that combines actor-training with personal-growth concepts to support clearer communication, creative expression, and greater self-awareness.

Participants can expect an engaging environment that encourages them to explore the internal barriers that may limit how fully they show up in life and work. Jane is known for creating a space that feels safe, lively, and enjoyable, while still supporting meaningful growth.
