Janaina Ormart

A deeply grounded Brazilian woman, Janaina Ormart shares the “shamanic” wisdom of the elements with a presence that is both intuitive and authentic. Through her guidance, Temazcal ceremonies become a powerful form of healing and remembrance, inviting participants to reconnect with the understanding that we are all dreaming the great dream we call Life.

Her work also includes the magical Kahlay, or Toltec, movements, an embodied practice designed to awaken awareness of our true essence. In her sessions, participants are invited into a space of reflection, connection, and inner discovery, where ancient teachings are experienced through the body as well as the mind.
