Jan is a highly regarded coach, consultant, and trainer from Belgium, known for his long-standing creative and professional collaboration with Peter across many countries over the past two decades. A certified Gestalt Therapist and an expert in NLP, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative systemic applications of NLP for business and organizational consulting.
In recent years, Jan has placed the modelling of strategies of excellence at the heart of coaching and leadership development. He teaches internationally, sharing a perspective grounded in the heart and shaped by a deep respect for life’s natural aesthetics. Together with Peter, he developed the foundational concepts behind the approach that supports Nirarta, known as the “Way of Unfolding.” Jan lives in Antwerp with his German wife, Wiete, and their two sons, Kobe and Jesse.
